Overview

Scorecial Organizer is a sports league management platform designed to give organizers a single operational system for running leagues end-to-end, from public registration to live match control and final statistics.

Challenge

League organizers often manage registrations, fixtures, match events, and player data across disconnected tools such as spreadsheets and messaging apps. This creates operational friction, inconsistent data, and poor visibility during live match execution.

Approach

We structured the platform around the real workflow of a league organizer — registration, team setup, fixture scheduling, live match operation, and post-match review — ensuring each stage connects seamlessly into the next.
